About the role:
This role involves leading a team of operations manager, field associates and inside sales. It focusses on achieving sales targets within the markets defined as a cluster. The role is responsible for building the company brand, markets, channels of distribution and coaching of people reporting into this position. The position involves sales through web app, and mobile app to medium small industries, mills and traders. Candidate must demonstrate the ability to excel in a dynamic work environment as an early member of a growing team. In partnership with the sales team, the CBH will be responsible for managing the end-to-end sales process with our customers.
Key Responsibility Area
• P&L for cluster.
• Achievement of monthly targets.
• Plan and execute local marketing initiatives for lead generation and sales closure.
• Launching and Building AgriGator in new Micro-Markets.
• Cross-functional approach – coordination with multiple teams (Operations, Sales, On -boarding) in inter and Intra geographies.
• Digital adoption, Digital Engagement & universe expansion for suppliers, demand and end clients.
• Must constantly improve processes, develop SOPs, speed of value to customers, safety and value creation.
