Job Role: Key Account Manager
Experience – 3-6 years
Location – Bhopal, Indore
Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts
Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients to ensure they do not turn to competition
Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements
Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner
Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams
Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust. Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as up-sell and cross-sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet
Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships
Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics
Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up
Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs
Key Accounts Analysis
Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback
Requirements and skills
Proven experience as key account manager
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
Excellent organizational skills
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
You have a diploma/degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or related field.
You have strong track record of success within key account management, ideally within the logistic industry.
You have experience in delivering client-focused solutions.
You are highly goal oriented, assertive and a hands-on problem solver.
You possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
You demonstrate the ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization.
